About This Hotel
La Réserve de Beaulieu founded in 1880 as a seafood/ fish restaurant by Pierre Lottier, with a basin (“la réserve”) to store fishermen’s catches. In 1905 expanded to include guest rooms; over time the place established itself as a palace-style icon of the French Riviera, hosting famous guests and serving as a symbol of Belle Époque luxury. Since 1997, owned by the Delion family, who have continued to preserve its heritage and elevate its status as a leading luxury hotel.
